Refund policy


Note: We do NOT issue refunds unless the item is damaged (products only) or if you receive the wrong item/size.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with evidence if the item is damaged (products only) or if you receive the wrong item/size.

 

Refunds and Returns 

You will have 14 days to review and return your order after the following requirements are met:

-Customers Phone Number

-Customers Email

-Customers Order Number

-Customers Address

If you are eligible than the following information is for you:

After you email us with proof of purchase and evidence of the item that is either defective, damaged (products only) or if you receive the wrong item/size, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any gift cards.

NOTICE: ITEMS HAVE TO BE IN IT'S ORIGINAL STATE WHEN RETURNING, IF ITEMS ARE TAMPERED WITH AND/OR SWAPPED THAN YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THE RETURNED ITEM WILL BE KEPT
