- Fading or discoloration of plating under normal wear
- Loose or falling stones under normal wear
- Clasp or chain defects from manufacturing
APPAREL — What's covered:
- Structural integrity — stitching, seams, and shape holding up under normal wear
- Fabric staying intact without unraveling, tearing, or breaking down under normal wear
- Print, embroidery, or hardware defects from manufacturing
What's not covered (all products):
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or forcing the item
- Loss or theft
- Normal cosmetic wear from years of daily use that doesn't affect function or structure
How to make a claim:
- Email 1projectapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll review it within 3 business days
- If it's covered, we'll repair or replace the item with no cost to you
Why we can offer this:
Most warranties are marketing, not policy with vague terms designed so nobody actually files a claim. Ours isn't. We build every piece, jewelry or apparel, to survive a decade of real use, so covering it for that long isn't a risk to us.
